「べぶろぐ」は，創刊33年の飲料産業専門誌「ビバリッジジャパン」編集長である埴 義彦が20年の取材経験をもとに書き綴る飲料雑記帳です。
ある意味飲料オタク，ある意味飲料バカな筆者の業務日誌になってしまうかもしれません。どうなるか分かりませんがどうぞお楽しみ下さい。
